Shipping
All orders are shipped from our office here in Pago Pago,
American Samoa via Priority Mail through US Postal Service. Once
your credit card has been approved, we will make every attempt
to ship your order within the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and
the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will
automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of
your order.
If you would like to expedite your order, you have the option to
ship via Express Mail. If you choose to upgrade to Express Mail,
your order must be received and clear credit authorization by
12:00 p.m. (noon) Pago Pago time in order to be processed within
the following business day.
Returns
We want you to enjoy every item you receive from us. However, if
you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome
to a merchandise exchange within 30 days of receipt of the
returned merchandise, given the merchandise is unwashed, unworn
or defective and accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned
merchandise. You will be notified via email when the return has
been processed and a credit has been issued to your credit card.
All sales final for discounted items and fabrics. |
